THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Michael Kamande Ng’ang’a and (2) Dorcas Nyambura Ng’ang’a, as administrators to the estate of Wairimu Mande, both of P.O. Box 59876–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/2820/24, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 94585/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
