REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sarange Mongare, of P.O. Box 174, Kebirigo in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in Nyamira County, registered under title No. North Mugirango/Bonyarorande/2158, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
