THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT
(No. 3 of 2012)
REGISTRATION
WHEREAS Pius Mbugua Ngugi, of P.O. Box 30232–00100,
Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in interest
of all that piece of land known as L.R. 396/34, situate in Gilgil
Municipality in Nakuru District, by virtue of an indenture of
conveyance registered as GLA 10810/1, and whereas sufficient
evidence has been adduced to show that the said indenture of
conveyance has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of
sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a certified true copy
of the indenture provided that no objection has been received within
that period.
