Box 22311– 00505, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Dolloth Kabura Chege alias Dolloth Kabura Nel, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Dolloth Kabura Chege alias Dolloth Kabura Nel, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Dorothy Kabura Nel, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Dorothy Kabura Nel only.
