Box 9204–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Cynthia Nyaranga Odundo alias Cynthia Nyaranga A. Odundo alias Cynthia Salome Akeyo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Cynthia Nyaranga Odundo alias Cynthia Nyaranga A. Odundo alias Cynthia Salome Akeyo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Nyaranga Odundo for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Nyaranga Odundo only.
