IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 44 of the County Governments Act, it is notified for the general information of the public that following the approval of the Vihiga County Assembly, I, Wilber K. Ottichilo (Dr.), Governor, Vihiga County, appoint— Ambassador Bruce Madete – Chairperson Elizabeth Angeo – Member Victor Osango – Member CPA Harriet Iragosa Mahasi – Member Wycliffe Etoyi Omucheyi – Member to be the Chairperson and Members of the selection panel for the recruitment of a suitable person for appointment as County Secretary of Vihiga County, with effect from the 17th April, 2025.
