TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E160 OF 2024 By (1) Kimani Mungai, (2) Gachucha Mungai and (3) Julius Murigi Mungai, all of P.O. Box 60, Ithanga in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mungai Muhu, who died at Kandimu, on 27th December, 2014. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2025 By (1) Henry Mungai Nganga, (2) Francis Wainaina Ng’ang’a and (3) Chege Ng’ang’a Karugu, all of P.O. Box 12, Makuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nganga Karugu, who died at Thika Hospital in Kenya, on 7th May, 1995. THE KENYA GAZETTE 5th June, 2025 The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
