Box 1330-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kibor Kosgei, who died in 1982. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2024 By Syvester Kipkering Killy, of P.O. Box 125, Mosoriot in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jepkirong Taprandich, who died in 1972. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2025 By Wilson Kipkosgei Tenai, of P.O. Box 182-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabaes Kobot Kirwa, who died in 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
