TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2025 By Maurice Otieno Alwala, of P.O. Box 84, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lazaro Aluala Mekazedek Owuor, who died at Marenyo, on 17th August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E178 OF 2025 By Peter Abudho Nyakombo, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Odinga Ogumbo alias Odinga Amolo, who died at Ndori Sub-location, on 12th March, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
