TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2025 By Cosmas Kilande Watimah, of P.O. Box 161, Chwele in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Watima Chemiati alias Zakayo watima, who died at Kibichori, on 13th May, 1994. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2025 By Patrick Nabangi Murunga, of P.O. Box 154, Chwele in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murunga Masibo, who died at Central Namwela, on 7th June, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
