TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2025 By (1) Wilson Luyo and (2) Emilly Nanzai Luyo, the deceased’s grandson and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rafael Omotto Luyo alias Raphael Omoto, who died at Mundeku in 2001. CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2025 By (1) Florah Wabuti Eshuchi and (2) Cosmus Andanje Omusula, the deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebutsa Abuti alias Ambros Jafeth Wabuti, who died at Inaya in 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
