TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E252 OF 2023 By Editer Mbui Njeru, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evan Njeru Njagi, who died at Gachoka, Mbeere, on 12th July, 2013. CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2025 By Agnes Dorokas Wambaire Mwangi, of P.O. Box 1547–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Njeru, who died on 24th September, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
