TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2025 By (1) Michael Njiraini Kuria and (2) Patrick Githongo Kuria, both of P.O. Box 336, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kuria Njiraini, who died at Naivasha Sub-County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 10th August, 2024. CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2025 By (1) Philip Kinuthia Ngugi, (2) Abraham Kaigua Ngugi and (3) David Waiharo Ngugi, all of P.O. Box 85–00901, Ngewa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Ngugi Ngetho alias Ngugi Ngetho alias G. Ngugi Ngetho, who died at Kiambururu, on 14th April, 2006. CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2025 By (1) Bernard Karanja Munyuira and (2) Winne Mwembu Ngari, both of P.O. Box 780, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngari Gikanga, who died at Githiga, on 30th December, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
