TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By (1) Alice Njoki Njuguna and (2) Daniel Njuguna Machua, both of P.O. Box 997–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s mother and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kiarie Njuguna, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2025 By (1) Mary Murugi Mugo and (2) Beatrice Wambui Njau, both of P.O. Box 21686–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mugo Njuguna, who died at Labib Hospital in Kenya, on 26th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
