TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2023 By Stephen Kiprono Suter, of P.O. Box 466–30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulina Tula Suter, who died at Kapsowar Hospital in Kenya, on 6th January, 2015. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2025 By Helena Yator, of P.O. Box 50, Kapcherop in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruto Chongwony, who died at Tenden, on 13th October, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
