TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2024 By (1) Fanuel Akong’o Origa and (2) Rose Akeyo Otonda, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Origa Origa Obondi, who died at Ogenya, on 5th April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E338 OF 2024 By Erick Onyango Okumu, of P.O. Box 510–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dismas Oluk Otengo, who died on 16th August, 1988. CAUSE NO. E344 OF 2024 By Alice Bolo Ogutu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Ogutu Osir, who died on 9th September, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
