E38 OF 2025 By Teresia Nyambura Kabithe, of P.O Box 15889–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Mukami Kabithe, who died at Mathare North, on 20th January, 2024. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2025 By (1) Virginia Igoki Inoti, (2) Kathleen Nkatha Inoti, (3) Peter Gitobu Inoti and (4) Eric Antony Munene Inoti, of P.O Box 72309– 00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Inoti, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd August, 2024. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2025 By Nancy Sagala, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ebby Sidika Sagala alias Ebby Sidika, who died on 21st March, 2025.
