TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2024 By Mwangangi Kiviu Ndolo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiviu Ndolo Mutua, who died on 9th February, 2024. CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2024 By (1) William Mutua Nzioka, and (2) Linah Mutethya Nzioka the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Kani Nzioka, who died on 28th January, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
