TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2024 By Mary Nyakanini Karanja, of P.O. Box 73988, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Timothy Karanja Nene, who died at Nairobi, on 3rd May, 2022. CAUSE NO. E233 OF 2024 By Leah Mumbi Kariuki, of P.O. Box 120, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Waweru Wainaina, who died at District Hospital, Tigoni in Kenya, on 20th May, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
