TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2025 By Mary Wanjiru Masankwa of P.O. Box 1-40502, Nyansiongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Masankwa Mokaya, who died on 2nd May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2025 By Samwel Ndege Ogwora, of P.O. Box 200-40501, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogwaro Mwabora, who died on 29th March, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
