TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E411 OF 2024 By Samwel Onyiego Onywere, of P.O. Box 907–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onywere Areri, who died on 12th December, 1993. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2025 By (1) Joseph Phillip Nyamongo Nyagami, (2) Lucina Kwamboka Nyagami, (3) Jeremiah Getui Nyagami and (4) Hellen Mongina Nyagami, all of P.O. Box 27631–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josiah Nyagami Mwamba, who died on 18th May, 2003. CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2025 By (1) James Monari Ogega and (2) Philip Ayako, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogega Goree, who died at Matieko, Kisii, on 7th July, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
