TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2025 By Grace Kobilo Kiplagat, of P.O. Box 54–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Komen Cheptoo, who died at District Hospital, Baringo in Kenya, on 7th June, 2009. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025 By William Kenei Limo, of P.O. Box 70–30400, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplimo Chepkaitany alias Chelimo Chepkaitany, who died at Timboroa Scheme, on 29th July, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
