TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2025 By Lucia Chepkemoi Ngeny, of P.O. Box 19, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplelgo arap Ngeny alias Daudi arap Ngeny alias Kiplelgo Keny, who died at Kipchimchim, on 16th January, 2022. CAUSE NO. E73 OF 2025 By (1) Esther Chepngeno Bii and (2) John Kiprono A. Rotich, both of P.O. Box 90, Mogogosiek in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Kiprotich Bii, who died at Taboini Sub-location, on 13th June, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
