TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2025 By Rachael Ivutha, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ivutha Wotwii, who died at Kavumbu, Kithangani, on 4th January, 1993. CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2025 By (1) Susan Mueni Mutune, (2) Ancent Ngui Mutune and (3) Simon Kitavi Nzivo, the deceased’s daughter, son and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thaddeus Mutune Nzivo, who died on 27th March, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
