TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2025 By Cecilia Wanjiru Murage, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Murage Muriuki alias Samuel Murage Muriuki, who died on 9th July, 1989. CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2025 By Joyce Wanjiru Murage, of P.O. Box 457–10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Murage Machomba, who died on 9th March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
