Box 2435, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Lubembe Akonya alias Lubembe Akonya, who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 9th November, 1985. Box 948, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Simbi Akhunzula alias Simbi Akhutsula, who died on 7th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. E379 OF 2025 By (1) Patrick Anzika Bulinda and (2) Elphas Ashitiva Bulinda, both of P.O. Box 2435, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Bulinda Anzikah alias Joseph Bulinda Anzika who died at Mukhonje Sub- location, on 16th March, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
