TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2025 By Isaac Kuria Mwangi, of P.O. Box 17, Egerton in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Mwangi Kuria, who died at Lanet, Dundori, on 11th August, 1998. CAUSE NO. E315 OF 2025 By Margaret Njeri Mwai, of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njeri Rugu, who died at Likia, Rugu, on 15th October, 1995. CAUSE NO. E318 OF 2025 By (1) Richard Waweru Mwaura and (2) Banice Waruiru Waweru, both of P.O. Box 21, Bahati in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Gachau Waweru, who died at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 28th February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
