TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By Simon Kibet Kiptum, of P.O. Box 810, Suwerwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Kiptum Chelanga, who died at Cherangany Nursing Home, on 9th February, 2008. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2025 By Kandie Cheptoo Bartich, of P.O. Box 247–30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chelimo Komen Cheptoo alias Cheptoo arap Komen, who died at Toroch, Moi, on 27th July, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
