Box 290, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Wahome Wanjara alias James Wanjara Wahome, late of Burumba, who died at Tanaka Nursing Home, on 9th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2025 By (1) Serah Nduta Kimani and (2) Eunice Muthoni Gaitho, both of P.O. Box 190–00218, Ngecha in Kenya, the deceased’s executrices, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Eddah Wacuka Mburu, late of Sobea, Ngecha, who died at Nakuru County Referral and Teaching Hospital in Kenya, on 11th August, 2024. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2025 By Induben Thakershi Keshavji, of P.O. Box 1776–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thararshi Keshavbhai Patel alias Thakarshi Keshar Patel, who died at Free Area, on 31st December, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
