TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2025 By Mathews Odongo Waria, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Waria Amol, who died at Kadinga East, on 1st March, 2014. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2025 By (1) Jyoti Atul Kumar Shah and (2) Kunal Atul Kumar Shah, both of P.O. Box 57–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of probate of the will of Atul Kumar Motichand Shah, who died on 8th July, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
