E188 OF 2024 By David Irungu Mwaura, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Kimuhu alias Joseph Mwangi Kimuhu, who died at Mtongwe, on 25th August, 1991. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2025 By (1) James Mburu Kamau and (2) Mary Wanjiku Kamau, both of P.O. Box 6835–01000, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Wainaina, who died on 10th October, 2019. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2025 By Bernard Murigi Guchu, of P.O. Box 8–01020, Kenol in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyambura Githere, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 24th May, 2009. E65 OF 2025 By Gabriel Wambua Kasioka, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzoka Waita, who died at Mugumo Sub-location, on 25th April, 1989. CAUSE NO. E66 OF 2025 By Martha Wanjiru Kamau, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Kamau Kibue alias Kamau Kabue, who died at Wempa Sub-location, on 17th January, 2021.
