TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2025 By (1) Beatrice Kunga and (2) Alex Kituu Kunga, the deceased’s mother and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kunga Kituu, who died at Itoleka, on 14th April, 1977. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025 By Joseph Kuria Kimani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Njeri, who died on 28th February, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
