TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2025 By Regina Wamboi Mbogwa, of P.O. Box 17245–000100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. Ojienda & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbugua Kamau Maingi alias Mbugwa Kamau Maingi, who died at Alupe Hospital in Kenya, on 27th April, 2001. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2025 By Stephen Opidi Emee, of P.O. Box 37, Malakisi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abuini Chegere, who died at Adumai Sub-location, on 10th April, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
