Box 1330, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sambai Kimeto, who died at Kamoiywo in 1968. CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2024 By (1) Paulo Kibet A. Kemboi and (2) Hellen Chepchai Kemboi, both of P.O. Box 834–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemboi Togom Jonathan, who died at Chepkoiyo, on 20th February, 1992. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2025 By (1) Prisca Jepkirui and (2) Eunice Jepchumba Seurei, both of P.O. Box 7398–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters-in- law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sawe Kemei, who died at Sarora, on 26th January, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
