TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2025 By Samwel Kimutai Too, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimochoi Chepto Rotich alias Chepkony Kiptoo, who died at Tugen, on 8th August, 2000. CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2025 By Richard Kibet Kipkoech, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech arap Sawe, who died at Cheptebo Sub-location, on 27th November, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
