Box 49–40132, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silfanus Obudo Wandiege, who died on 12th April, 2006. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2025 By Florence Akinyi Kiagi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftali Kiagi Otieno alias Kiagi Otieno, who died 23rd July, 2015. CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2025 By Daniel Otieno Oketch, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Ooro Okech, who died at Ramogi, on 1st July, 1993. CAUSE NO. E178 OF 2025 By Nicholas Onyango Omullo, of P.O. Box 96, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph John Omulo Barnabas Akuku alias Joseph Amulo Akuku alias JosephJohn Omulo Akuku, who died at East Kolwa, Kisumu, on 23rd August, 2001. CAUSE NO. E203 OF 2025 By (1) Helidah Nyakeno Mundu, (2) Elias Nyagol Odongo and (3) Benta Akelo Ogola, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odongo Mundu alias Elias Odongo Mundu, who died at Kadiju, Chiga Sub-location, on 18th September, 1980.
