CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2025 By Ronald Agessa Ogada, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tokesi Alivitsa Kamoto alias Togesa Agesa Bulake, who died at Ideleri Sub-location, on 11th February, 2000. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2025 By Ayub Alila Otulo, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mark Mutumile alias Marko Etende Mutumila, who died at Mwitubwi Sub-location, on 6th December, 1997. CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2025 By Ayub Alila Atulo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Atulo Mutumila alias Atulo Mutumila, who died at Mwitubwi Sub-location, on 31st December, 1983. CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2025 By Timothy Alizi Obina, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obwina Esisanya, who died at Ebukhunza Sub-location, on 2nd May, 1995.
