TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2023 By (1) Mechisedec Kiiru Ndonga and (2) Francis Mwangi Gathitu, both of Box 9013, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiah Karige Gategwa, who died at Karindi Sub-location, on 23rd March, 1994. CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2024 By Fausto Maina Wanjohi, of P.O. Box 3166–10140, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phausto Kimindi Kinaiyu alias Kimindi s/o Kinaiyu, who died at Githagara Village, on 5th October, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
