E142 OF 2025 By (1) Caroline Auma Opiyo, (2) Evans Opiyo Masiram and (3) Nicholas Onguru Owino, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owino Opiyo Jauma alias Owino Opiyo, who died at Nyaguda, on 5th February, 2016. CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2025 By (1) Florance Adhiambo Okech, (2) Gorety Anyango Awuor and (3) Helen Akinyi Awuor, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agastino Awuor Onguru alias Augustino Owuor, who died at Nyaguda, on 5th July, 1997. E145 OF 2025 By (1) Siprosa Atieno Ong’aro, (2) Steven Otieno Nyunja and (3) Caroline Atieno, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jared Nyunja Onguru, who died at Nyaguda, on 16th May, 1981. CAUSE NO. E146 OF 2025 By (1) Flora Ogola Adongo and (2) Denis Otieno Odongo, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Adongo Onguru, who died at Nyaguda, on 19th February, 2007. CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2025 By (1) Florence Mboya Omondi and (2) Maurice Omondi Omondi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mourice Omondi Nandi, who died at West Kadinga, on 19th January, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
