TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2024 By David Kipsang Langat, of P.O. Box 565, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Taprandich Kipkosgei Lesan, who died at Kakiptui, on 8th April, 1998. CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2025 By David Kiprotich Too, of P.O. Box 32–20204, Roret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Chepkwony Ngeno, who died at Mabasi, on 11th October, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
