TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E245 OF 2024 By Christopher Tuei Soi, of P.O. Box 84, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsoi arap Bargirei, who died at Litein Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd May, 1994. CAUSE NO. E262 OF 2024 By (1) Maria Cherotich Mutai and (2) Ann Chepngetich Korir, both of P.O. Box 94, Fort Ternan in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Loice Chebet Langat, who died at District Hospital, Kericho in Kenya, on 23rd September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
