TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2025 By Kimetet arap Rob, of P.O. Box 461–20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprop Konyakwe, who died at Kiplelji, on 1st April, 1994. CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2025 By (1) Paul Kipngeno Maritim and (2) Nelly Chebet Koske, both of P.O. Box 461–20400, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkwony Boiwo, who died at Kiplelji, on 31st December, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
