TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court
in:
CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2024
By (1) Marther Mulonzi Muswii and (2) Jane Nduku Muswii, both
of P.O. Box 1–90303, Kitise in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Muswii Makau alias
Benard Muswili Makau, who died on 19th October, 2019.
CAUSE NO. E213 OF 2024
By (1) David Matheka and (2) John Matheka Mulwa, both of P.O.
Box 1–90302, Kathonzweni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Matheka Mulwa, who died on
12th December, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
