TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2025 By Beritar Mumbua Ngombalu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngombalu Mukiti Musuu, who died at Mulutu, on 15th September, 2013. CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2025 By Bernard Mwanzia Mbavu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbavu Kisau, who died at Mulutu, on 15th September, 1997. CAUSE NO. E219 OF 2025 By Benjamin Kiteme Mutie, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutie Kilungya, who died on 13th October, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
