TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E143 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Ndegwa and (2) Robert Irungu Macharia, both of P.O. Box 7, Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathan Macharia, who died in 1969. CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2025 By Florah Muthoni Muguro, of P.O. Box 15, Maragua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muguro Kimani, who died at Kianjiruini, on 26th December, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
