TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2025 By Edith Mumbi Gakunga, of P.O. Box 284–00903, Githiga in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godfrey Ndungu Kinyanjui, who died at Kawangware, on 6th December, 2024. CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2025 By (1) Michael Gatoru, (2) Patrick Mbugua Gatoru and (3) Naomi Wanjiku Gatoru, all of P.O. Box 522, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Gatoru Kamande alias James Gaturo Kamande alias James Gitoru Kamande, who died at Muchatha, on 24th September, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
