TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2025 By Paul Tuwei, of P.O. Box 7623–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tuwei arap Koech, who died on 6th October, 2019. CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2025 By Patricia Kipruto Chepkok, of P.O. Box 2663–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabon Limo alias Kabon w/o Limo, who died at Kapkitony Hospital in Kenya, on 6th July, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
