TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2025 By (1) Julius Kadima Lanya, (2) Alex Wamukoya Lanya, (3) Benard Wamukoya Lanya and (4) Shiundu Booker Lanya, all of P.O. Box 130, Bulimbo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enock Lanya Mulama alias Enock Lanya, who died at Khalaba Sub-location, on 11th August, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
