TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2025 By Eliud Kiptoo Singoei, of P.O. Box 1–30600, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chemeitoi Dungokit, who died at Kanyarkwat, on 20th August, 1975. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2025 By Christopher Pkanan Adan, of P.O. Box 63–30600, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adan Kitilit, who died at Chepareria, on 5th May, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
