THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Hoseah Khamasi alias Hosea Sanderson Khamasi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Isukha/Mukhonje/28, situate in Kakamega County, and whereas the administrators in Succession Cause No. 814 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Godfrey Moses Ajienza Khamasi, (2) Michael Khamasi and (3) Duncan Madegwa Khamasi, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Hoseah Khamasi alias Hosea Sanderson Khamasi (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of of R.L 40 and R.L. 50, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Hoseah Khamasi alias Hosea Sanderson Khamasi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
